.ATV , PERSONAL WATER CRAFT, SNOW MOBILES, DOOM BUGGYS, SWAMP BUGGYS, FLAT BOTTOM BOATS, AIR BOATS AND SEA WORTHY BOATS.
Each Search Rescue Recovery is different these cell units are on the scene searching for MISSION CHILDREN
or ADULTS, which maybe involved in foul play, or lost at Sea or cought in a Ice or Snow Storms, Fire Storms, Flood, Tornado, Harricane, or other disasters.
They will be working with and and in most cases under the local law enforcement.
Some of the local cell units team members are on the disaster scene, they live or or are located near the area of the disaster what every it may be, they are there before the dust settles. Their mission is to evaluate and forward an estimation on what and how much is needed to the CC giving them an idea on the commodities and Angel power needed.
ATV, SNOW MOBILES Are the pack mules, moving supplies, drinks, box lunches, trainsporting relief Angels back and forth. They have two wheel or slides gurney trailers, which is used to move the injured to where they can get the aid they need. or move Med Vac and equipment to where they are able to work on the injured that should not be moved until they are stable.
These Team members with their mules are hard workers, they can move brush that would take two or three men. They may have a chain saw mechanic that has a generator on the trailer or a slide that he pulls behind his ATV which is equip with an chain saw blade sharpen. He supplies the team with mix fuel and oil for their chain saws and trainsporttation.
Command Center, (CC) Starts the reaction, engaging The Ambassador and Diplomat to start making their contacts with the company that will donate food and supplies that would be needed. We cannot afford a warehouse full of supplies so they are calling their contacts to see if they have any overage or in a position that they could help.
Angel Action Team, (AAT) Like ripples in the water, the Angels that are the closest to the disaster shift in to high gear gathering and locating fresh meat, dry goods and can goods. Their mission is to get what ever is needed and have it ready to move to different sites where it is needed. for the 1St Response Teams.
Transportations and Cargo, (TC) They respond by moving the troops equipment and the supplies needed in to place, They borrow eighteen wheelers to bring in these supplies including refrigeration and freezer trailers for on site use for storing Ice perishable foods and bottle water, besides warehousing of supplies, they can be used for a morgues if needed.
Communication and Operation Center Are on the location of the disaster, COC has been dispatching the teams keeping and eye on where the teams are and the areas that is beening covered. They will be working with the local law enforcement or FINA or other Goverment Agency.
Disaster Search, Rescue and Recovery Team, (DSRRT) As and example these, Angels are in the depth of it, house to house, room to room, checking all the autos, back yards, every pile of debri and brush, searching every homes, once completed they then will mark the home as to what was found. Their speed is important, accuracy is what saves lives. Following them is the >
Chain Gang (CG) These Angels are a couple steps behind (DSRRT) with their chain saws and axes cutting and making a path for EMS vehicles to come in and remove the injured. They are called on by (DSRRT) to cut away any debris restricting the rescue or recovery.
Cook Tent (CT), (COC) will share the cook tent in most cases. This is where the Angels show up to get something to eat and drink or take a break and replenish there supplyies to go back to work. This is the place that tracks the progress of the (DSRRT) update the list of the found and missing, where separated families can find or contact each other, this information is forward to a center communcation center that is up dated by other disaster teams.
Angel Guidance (AG) These Angels go to work counseling the victims of the disaster.This is very important, as most are still in shock and disbelief. Just a Angels kind hand can mean so much to people, it is unbeliveable.
Sick Bay, (SB) We have a MD and or RN to provide First Aid to our Angels. Although we are not set up to provide First Aid to the victims, they will give aid to the victims or fine trainsport ion for them to go to a hospital or a care unit where they can get the help they need..
Distributing of Supples, (DS) 1st Responce is not equip to feed, care or house victims. They hand out what they have left over and not needed by 1st Responce on site. They are in contact with (CC) keeping and open line on what and how much is coming and where it is in route.
For everyone that on the front line as a (DSRRT) personnell there is three to four Angel in the back ground making it happen, providing the back up that is needed. Each (DSRRT) needs a crew of 12 angels to cover a Harricane
Like in Texas, Sept 2008, Harricane. Thirty (DSRRT) would be just a drop in the bucket for what was needed. Ten times that would only be a start. 480 (DSRRT). with their back up surport teams.
New Orleans, and FAY Sept 2008, they would have to trade their ATV in for flat bottom boats, which we are a little short like just about none, so let us know if you want to donate a boat and motor would be nice. if you have a personal water craft we can use it as a tow vehicle for boats that do not have a motor.
What we would like is for you to man the boat, ATV or Chain Saws as a (DSRRT) member. Or help the back up crew to help the (DSRRT) member, as you can see above we need a lot of Angel power to work behind the scene.
